Development

Updated Roadmap

This week, we completed the creation of a new Roadmap for our project. As all of you know, our project mission is to unite all blockchains in one place — Rubic.exchange. Our new roadmap represents our goals and we would like to share more about it with our community:

September 2021

1. Rubic Cross-Chain 2.0 development begins, improving stability and decentralization;

2. Auto-Refund System Release;

With this feature, all users whose cross-chain swap transactions were canceled or pending for a long amount of time will be able to get an automatic refund.

3. Creating 24/7 Technical Support Team For Our Community;

The Rubic team is creating a team of Support Techs, which will allow us to help our users with all technical questions 24/7/365.

4. Beginning of A New Blockchain Integration

The Rubic team is planning to create one more department on our development team, which will work only on future integrations, the Rubic Integration Team. This will allow us to complete several integrations and increase the tempo of the development of our features.

With new developers joining us, we will start the integration of the next blockchain. Currently, we are finishing our list of potential blockchains, and we will choose one of them for this integration. However, we are still planning to integrate the Fantom network as part of our Governance poll.

5. Rubic Relay Widget Partners and Integrations

Rubic is finishing the creation of a dedicated Business Development Team which will help projects integrate our Rubic Relay Widget and help them to complete more native integrations of it.

6. Beginning of Widget Development: SDK/API;

Rubic is going to start working on new versions of our Rubic Relay Widget which will allow our partners to complete a deeper integration of our Widget to their platform. Also, this will increase the stability and security of the Widget.

7. Cross-Chain Bug Fixes and Improvements;

Since the beginning of September, the Rubic team has been working on fixing bugs and also working to improve the gas fees for the Cross-Chain Routing.

Q4 2021

1. 0x Protocol Integration and Gas Fee Reductions;

Rubic will integrate the 0x Protocol into our ecosystem. The Rubic development team had nearly finished the integration of this protocol back in July, but now we are planning to release it to our platform very soon!

The 0X Protocol is a project that has developed a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol, which provides the infrastructure to support the global exchange of tokenized assets and underpins a wide ecosystem of peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions.

The integration of the 0x Protocol will enable our users to trade through the liquidity of more than 35 DEXs, and get even better rates and price comparisons on Rubic.exchange!

2. Three New Blockchain Integrations, One Per Month (Compatible with Rubic Cross-Chain Routing)

With the introduction of the new Rubic Integration Team, we will be able to complete one network integration every month!

3. RBC Staking

4. Widget: SDK/API Release

The SDK for our Rubic Relay Widget will enable our dedicated Business Development Team to work with other projects to better integrate our Rubic Relay Widget in a way that is stable and secure for their project and their users.

Q1-Q2 2022

Yield Farming and/or Lending Product Integrations

Rubic is planning to increase the functionality of our platform with the integration of Yield Farming and Lending Products to our platform. Currently, we started working on the research of current solutions and we have started contacting several teams for these integrations.

2. Governance

We will create a separate governance system which will be based on tokens in our Liquidity Staking.

3. 3–6 New Blockchain Integrations (Compatible with Rubic Cross-Chain)

We will continue to add additional networks to our ecosystem from the list of candidates we have already selected.

4. RBC Staking 2.0

5. Mobile Version (iOS, Android)

We have postponed the creation of our mobile app in order to integrate more networks into our Cross-Chain Routing system by the end of the year.

6. BTC Bridge Integration

We don’t yet know what this solution will entail, but our development team is considering different options for BTC integration into our platform. We will have more updates on this as we progress with our Roadmap.

Marketing

1.Rubic’s “Happy Birthday Competition” starts today! The Rubic team can’t help but ask our awesome community to take part in the celebration of Rubic’s “First Year” on the market! We are planning to create a “big surprise” for you, but we need your involvement. For now, we just ask that you prepare a greeting/comment for our Birthday in any form. It may be a short video, audio or a simple B-Day card made for your beloved Rubic! The most heartwarming greetings will be a part of the “big surprise”.

Through this year, we achieved amazing results. Rubic started as a project built on the enthusiasm of a few ambitious people just a year ago. Now, we can confidently declare that we are a revolutionary project in the industry, with an awesome team of professionals with the best community in the industry.

Rubic never looks back. We are on course and moving forward. However, our first birthday is a unique opportunity to pause for a moment and glance back at what we have accomplished. 2. Rubic is happy to announce that partnership season continues and will never end! This week we built a new partnership with DeFi11.

Now, users of the DeFi11 project can buy a $D11 token directly on their platform, thanks to our Rubic Relay Widget.

3. Meet our newest team member — Mora. She will be Rubic’s Chief Marketing Officer. Her aim is to manage all of the marketing processes and make Rubic as widespread among the Crypto Community as possible.

The Rubic team has also hired a new Technical Support Team member and a business developer — Kirill. We are creating a team that will provide 24/7/365 technical maintenance, that is why the Rubic team will be expanded even more in the near future.

So, the Rubic team is getting bigger and bigger. We are not going to stop. We plan to grow into a massive company populated with inspired and hard-working professionals.

4. This week, we got support from some top Twitter influencers. The Rubic team is glad to have influencers on our side and we are hoping to have more collaborations soon. Rubic was mentioned by ‘The Cryptomist’ several times this week, and the results are great:

Throughout the week, Rubic was mentioned by different Twitter channels as well. Our team would like to thank all of the influencers and Twitter pages for supporting this Cross-Chain Revolution!

4. A collaboration with Chico Crypto turned out to be a great success! On his channel, you can watch the video about Rubic. In the video, he reviewed Cross-Chain Routing. Crypto Chico also gave this feature a try and performed a Cross-Chain swap using Rubic Cross-Chain Routing.

We are glad to have Chico Crypto talking about Rubic. He has an audience of more than 250,000 subscribers and most of them will now be aware of Rubic!

5. Rubic Relay Widget is getting more attention. Two more projects integrated it into their platforms. Now users of Dexfolio can buy $DEXF directly on their platform as well as using Cross-Chain Routing via Relay Widget.

Not only Dexfolio users are so lucky. The ArchEthic project has also integrated our Rubic Relay Widget. We are happy to watch how wide our product is spread.

The Rubic team believes there will continue to be many more integrations of our Rubic Relay Widget, and we will inevitably rock the crypto world!

6. This week, we launched the Rubic Mobile Price Widget. This widget will allow you to track RBC and ETH prices directly on your iOS devices! 7. Today, we are happy to announce we now have more than 8,000 followers on Twitter and 5,000 subscribers on our Telegram channel. We want to thank you for your support and greet all new members of our spectacular community!

8. This week, our team member Collin had an exclusive interview with Crypto Current.

During the interview, Collin talked about his personal experience in Crypto and Marketing. Collin also presented our Cross-Chain Routing feature. We are happy to have Collin on our team and we hope that he will have many more chances to tell people about Rubic.

9. We want to thank a member of our community for this hilarious Rubic Team Tribute! The entire team burst out laughing when we saw these wonderful NFTs! Now, we all know that the Rubic team is not just a team of professionals, but also a team of fearless warriors, eerie vampires, risky gangsters, mighty vikings and more!
