Development

MoonRiver Integration

This week, we successfully finished the integration of the MoonRiver Protocol into our platform. MoonRiver is a smart-contract blockchain on Kusama that strives to provide compatibility with the existing Ethereum developer toolchain and network. It is intended to be a companion network to Moonbeam, where it will provide a permanently incentivized canary network.

Currently, there are more than 140,000 wallet addresses and 3,698,148 transactions. It has more than $150 Million staked in DeFi applications and another $270 Million bonded in collator staking.

On Monday, we will complete our final tests and it will go live for our users

Release Date: November 8th

2. Fantom Integration

The Fantom network integration is approximately 55% complete at this time. The Fantom blockchain mainnet went live in December 2019 and its network architecture intends to provide a viable solution to the blockchain trilemma by providing a steady balance of scalability, security, and decentralization.

Progress as of this week:

1- The protocol layer (smart contracts) were tested and ready to be deployed to the mainnet

2- The Layer infrastructure is 30% complete

3- Front-end integration is 70% complete

3. Gas Refund for Avalanche Campaign Participants

Rubic has finished our Avalanche Gas Refund Campaign and now all users can complete their Gas Refunds directly at Rubic.exchange.

The refund bar will automatically appear in your My Trades table if you have completed trades meeting the conditions of the campaign.

4. Audit

Therefore, before the launch of our Rubic Multi-Chain Routing Liquidity Provision feature, we are completing a rigorous third-party audit to ensure that our users’ funds will be safe.

This audit is being conducted by CertiK. The definitive release date of our Rubic Multi-Chain Routing Liqudity Provision feature will also be depending on the result of this audit. You can see how CertiK’s audit works here: https://www.certik.io/security-audits#how-does-it-work

Marketing

The Avalanche GAS Refund Campaign ended on November 2nd. All the refunds were sent the next day. We’d like to shortly remind you of the conditions:

The campaign lasted from October 19th through November 2nd
The minimum swap volume was $200
List of our partners tokens: $DUN, $TUN, $EXP, $CYCLE, $OLIVE, $SING, $AVE, $GB, $PNG, $SWIFT and $JOE

2. Since Rubic made a huge step in its development throughout the last few months, we decided to apply for several grants:

The review process can take up to 8 weeks, and we hope that we’ll succeed in all our applications!

3. This week, Collin participated in a Gate.io Telegram AMA. Collin made sure that everyone was familiar with Rubic by sending our overview video. Then, he answered various questions about the project, what problems we’ve already solved and our future goals as a company.

Since Rubic is in constant growth, and the awareness of our project is expanding, we have decided to set an AMA in the Portuguese Gate.io community on November 5th @ 23:00 UTC.

4. The LESS project is planning to integrate our Rubic Relay Widget into its platform. This means that one more project is provided with a simple, fast and safe opportunity to trade tokens directly on the platform. They also covered this integration on their Twitter account.

5. Avalanche Space has included Rubic in its Daily Digest. They mentioned a tutorial video explaining how to use the Avalanche network on Rubic.

And a big Telegram community that reviews Crypto news, posted a gentle reminder to participate in our GAS Refund Campaign. The campaign has ended this week, but no worries, we are going to have more campaigns in the near future!

6. This week, Collin participated in the LA Blockchain Summit. LA Blockchain Summit is the leading annual gathering of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry at the Los Angeles convention center. The summit took place on 2–4, November.

Every Autumn, the Summit brings together developers, entrepreneurs, startups, investors, venture capital funds, retail investors, family offices, real estate investors, startup entrepreneurs, issuers, exchanges, broker-dealers, service providers, and members of the media.

This Summit was covered by CoinTelegraph and other exclusive media partners. We are glad to have an opportunity to participate in the Summit and gain the latest news about blockchain development.

7. Cryptonews prepared an overview about Rubic. The article reviewed Rubic’s advantages and explained how to trade tokens in the most convenient and profitable way. We are glad to have media support rising every week!
