- Rubic Refund Program
On Wednesday, we started payments for the Rubic Refund Program. If you’ve missed the detailed conditions on how to refund the fees you paid for crypto swaps, with a brand-new refunding program on Rubic, you can read up below.
To get a refund, you need to either hold 5K+ $RBC, $BRBC, or $RBC (PoS), or have your 5K+ $BRBC in our staking contract. The compensation will be paid out in $BRBC at the current rate, twice a month. So, if you paid $5 to complete 5 swaps, you’ll get the equivalent in $BRBC.
When swapping $RBC to $BRBC, you’ll receive 100 $BRBC back until the end of August 2022. However, it doesn’t work the other way around — users won’t receive a refund swapping $BRBC to $RBC, nor to or from $RBC (PoS).
The first refunds have already been sent to our users.
2. Boba Network Integration
Today, we integrated the Boba Network into Rubic’s Cross-Chain Solution. Currently, Cross-Chain swaps from Boba are available only for Ethereum and BNB Chain (and back).
Boba Network aspires to be the People’s L2 that puts users and developers first. The goal is to build a pragmatic L2 that is the first step towards opening Ethereum to the next Billion users. Boba is an L2 Ethereum scaling & augmenting solution built by the Enya team as core contributors to the OMG Foundation. As our main DEX for Boba Network, we’ve integrated Oolong, the overall leading DEX on Boba. OolongSwap incorporates all of the features you need from a traditional DEX, while pioneering new ideas from DeFi 2.0, such as Protocol Controlled Value. Now, Rubicans have more options in finding the best swap opportunity on Rubic.
3. Upcoming Integrations
Our development team is now researching various blockchains and providers for future integrations. In the next few weeks, we are planning to integrate: Via Protocol, Rango, and the long-awaited bridge to BTC. The integration of Via is almost complete.
All future integrations will contribute to making Rubic the most preferable solution on the market. We are striving to provide you with the lowest fees, the fastest transactions, and the most cost-efficient solutions!

4. Influencer Support
This week, various influencers covered Rubic on their shows.
Crypto enthusiast PeoplePRO discovered the Rubic platform and mentioned it as the most convenient solution to swap tokens across chains, and we can’t but agree with him!
Another Influencer is a LatAm YouTuber Genera Tu Sueldo. He reviewed the platform and posted a video not only about our useful Cross-Chain solution, but also announced our upcoming Rubic NFT Widget feature.

5. Rubic vs Any Bridge Video
This week we created a video proving that Rubic is a convenient, fast, and cost-efficient solution for Cross-Chain transactions.
We’ve compared token swaps across chains via Rubic and another bridge. 0:36 vs 2:03 — guess who’s faster and cheaper. Unlike bridges, Rubic doesn’t just move a token between networks — it also changes the token itself, in one transaction!
