Today, we are happy to announce that Rubic has successfully integrated the Arbitrum Network into Rubic’s Multi-Chain Protocol. This will enable users of the Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Moonriver, Fantom, Solana, and Harmony networks to easily complete swaps to and from any token in the Arbitrum ecosystem.

On-Chain and Multi-Chain Integration

The integration of the Arbitrum Network marks the first full blockchain integration of 2022 for Rubic. However, it is only the beginning up numerous upcoming integrations. For the integration of the Arbitrum Network, the Rubic Development Team completed the integration of 3 main DEXs on the Arbitrum network. These 3 DEXs are: Uniswap v3, 1inch and SushiSwap. All three of these DEXs are now available to use for both On-Chain and Multi-Chain swaps. The integration of these DEXs will enable users to not only find the best rates during On-Chain swaps, but will also allow Rubic’s Smart Routing to find the best route and price for your Multi-Chain swaps. As a result of these integrations, Rubic’s Multi-Chain Protocol offers a simple and reliable trading solution for Arbitrum Network users as well as users from other networks.

What is Arbitrum?

Arbitrum is an Ethereum Layer 2 (L2) scaling solution, and one of the first Optimistic Rollup solutions that seeks to relieve congestion on the Ethereum mainnet. Arbitrum makes transactions on Ethereum cheaper by performing operations off-chain, and posting the results to the mainnet to secure proof. This Layer 2 solution was designed to improve the capabilities of Ethereum smart contracts — boosting their speed and scalability, while also adding additional privacy features. Currently, Arbitrum does $95 Million in daily trading volume with an average of 35,000 transactions per day.

Depositing funds via Arbitrum is seamless via its native bridge, but the network protocol enforces a delay when withdrawing funds to Ethereum; to allow for the off-chain state to be fully confirmed on-chain. With our integration of the Arbitrum Network into Rubic’s Multi-Chain Protocol, this delay will be completely switched off and will enable users to complete swaps on any of our 15,000+ tokens on app.rubic.exchange.

About Rubic

Rubic is a Cross-Chain Tech Aggregator for users and dApps.

Our vision is that Rubic’s new umbrella SDK will aggregate the best Web3 cross-chain tech — from signals and oracles, to tokens and NFT bridges, in ready-made templates for DEXs, Lending/Farms, and more. This will help developers easily make their Web3 dApps cross-chain, regardless of what their function is.

Right now, Rubic aggregates 40+ major blockchains, 90+ DEXs and bridges, and enables swapping of 15,500+ assets with the best rates, highest liquidity, and transaction speeds — in one click. Users can do it on https://app.rubic.exchange, but we also provide tools for dApps to enable cross-chain swaps (https://tools.rubic.exchange).

On top of that, Rubic’s app and our cross-chain widget provide fiat on-ramp services, making crypto easy to access and buy.
