Hello, Rubiсhads! Winter is here, and the Rubic team is working hard to warm you up with some good news. Let’s see what’s happened this week.
New RBC Tokenomics
We’re very happy that you guys have chosen to support Rubic’s new tokenomics! Read further for more info about the new token and the claiming process.
The new RBC token will be created on Ethereum (ERC-20).
The snapshot is supposed to be done on December 12th, but the date may move a bit based on communication with CEXs. Stay tuned!
To receive the new token, hold it in a private wallet for which you hold the private key (whether it’s on Polygon, BNB Chain, or Ethereum).
We’re currently updating our partners, including DEXs & CEXs, about our new token contract, securing a smooth transition process.
If you keep RBC on Gate.io, ProBit, MEXC or Kraken you’ll get tokens airdropped from these CEXs without any additional actions. In other cases, you need to withdraw RBC to your private wallet.
If your $RBC is on contracts like Gnosis Safe, the Polygon-ETH Bridge, or liquidity providing to DEXs, your funds won’t be visible in the Snapshot. Please move them to a private wallet.
Your staking deposits and rewards will be auto-included in the snapshot. Please contact support if you need help.
You will be able to claim the new RBC at a ratio of 1:1 to the old RBC (instructions on how to claim it will follow) — it will open several days after the snapshot.
Test Snapshot
We’ve successfully performed the test snapshot, and now we ask for those that are eligible, to confirm the inclusion of their wallet address at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1djtN7a5j2-JWoeRP5UKZUX-BP-TeEHtZBRdcjQuW66U/edit?usp=sharing.

- Token Selector Update
This week, we’ve managed to make our Token selector window even more convenient for you! With all the new blockchain integrations at Rubic, we had to enlarge the selector to fit more blockchains. As you can see below, we’ve managed it! The token list appears when you click on the blockchain you’d like to choose.
2. XY Finance Integration
Rubic is thrilled to welcome a new cross-chain provider, XY Finance! By aggregating other DEXs & Bridges, XY Finance assists Rubic’s Smart Routing feature to provide the best rates and top speeds for all cross-chain transactions at Rubic.exchange.
With XY Finance at Rubic.exchange, we enable both veterans and new users to explore more Cross-Chain opportunities between supported blockchains. XY Finance operates as a provider for Cross-Chain trades, for 7 networks on Rubic:
- BNB Chain
- Polygon
- Fantom
- Avalanche
- Optimism

- Ethereum

3. Onramper Integration
Soon, we’ll be adding the Fiat on-Ramp feature directly to the Rubic App. This feature will enable fast and easy swaps of your fiat to numerous crypto assets at https://app.rubic.exchange/.
The Fiat On-ramp feature will be implemented through the integration of On-Ramper to the Rubic App.
Currently, our Dev team is enhancing the UI/UX, and the integration will soon be completed.
4. Upcoming Integrations
- Currently, Rubic’s Dev Team is working on the integration of Curve as an on-chain provider at Rubic.exchange.
- Of course, our team is working thoroughly on the new RBC token! You can read more about the proposal in the new tokenomics section above.
- Meanwhile, we are researching new blockchains and providers for future integration. Soon, we’ll begin the process of a native integration of OpenOcean to Rubic.exchange.
Marketing/Product
- New Rubic Umbrella SDK
Alongside our new Tokenomics, Rubic is planning to upgrade its SDK. It is further expanding into the world of Cross-Chain, soon being able to aggregate everything from signals & oracles to NFT bridges & smart contract execution, available as easy-to-use templates.
Plus, we’ll always be adding new blockchains & DEXs.
With Rubic’s new SDK, dApp developers won’t have to search for service providers across the web. Farming, lending, turn-key solutions for wallets, and cross-protocols are just some of the tech examples that our SDK will aggregate.
Additionally, the $RBC token itself will be upgraded in utility closely with our SDK:
- Grant programs for SDK integrators
- SDK subscription & integration service fees in RBC
- Low fees for RBC holders
- Distribution of partners’ airdrops to holders
- Expanded Governance
2. New Rubic Visual System and Logo
For some time, our team has been working on Rubic’s new visual system. It will be shared with you next week, together with our website update, but we can give you a sneak preview of our logo now!
Rubic is transparent with its community, and we appreciate the trust between us. That’s why we decided to emphasize trust and transparency in our new logo, keeping the green cube as our major asset.
3. Rubic x Kishu Inu Exclusive NFT Giveaway
Rubicans, we are glad to announce our joint giveaway with the Kishu Inu project! This campaign is devoted to the launch of Kishu Swap X feature provided by Rubic! Get a chance to win a Rubic x Kishu Inu NFT.
The Rubic & Kishu Inu campaign starts on December 12th and will last for one week, during which every participant that completes all the steps will get their prize — exclusive NFTs made by Rubic, in tandem with Kishu Inu! 4. New SDK Integrations
Rubic is excited to announce its strategic partnership with Dione.
Dione Protocol is an Energy Sector token that strives to Power the Crypto Revolution with Renewable Energy. They are a future L1 Chain democratizing green energy!
Dione has integrated the Rubic SDK on their very own Bridge, and Rubic will play a big part in their complete migration to their very own chain in late 2023!
Another new integrator is Kishu Inu!
Kishu Inu is a decentralized transactional network with a community focus, meaning that all decisions are made by the community. The project aims to bring certain next-generation concepts into the mainstream, like non-fungible tokens, decentralized finance, and participation rewards.

6. New Widget Integration
Meet KyotoSwap — the newest project in Rubic’s ecosystem. Recently, they’ve integrated the Rubic Widget, and now you can swap tokens directly at https://www.kyotoswap.io/bridge
Kyoto swap is a decentralized exchange for people who want to help make positive change. Their mission is to harness DeFi to benefit people and the environment.
